Vendors at the Strawberry Hill Races occupy the prominent Finish Line Shops area under the Colonial Downs Grandstand.

Questions & Answers

Where Can I place a wager on Race Day, May 15, at Colonial Downs?

There are numerous wagering locations (tellers and self-serve) throughout the Colonial Downs clubhouse, on the “University Green,” and on the “First Turn Hill.” There are also a limited number, one teller and four self serve machines, on the “Backstretch.” For helpful information on placing wagers while at the Strawberry Hill Races, please visit Colonial Downs or visit the Fan Education Center located on the University Green side of the clubhouse.

Where Can I redeem My Winning Wager?

On Strawberry Hill Race Day, May 15, winning wagers may be redeemed until 7 pm at teller windows. After that, you may redeem winning wagers within 180 days at any Colonial Downs Off-Track Betting facility (click here for locations) or at Colonial Downs on any live racing day. Winning tickets may also be mailed to Colonial Downs at 10515 Colonial Downs Parkway, New Kent, VA 23124, Attn: Mutuel Department. Please include a self-addressed stamped envelope with the winning ticket(s) and a check will be mailed to you.
